I am an HR enthusiast who advocates for unconventional methods in recruitment and selection. While it may sound cliché, it's true that employees are the most valuable asset, deserving of your support and attention to help them thrive and reach their full potential. A company’s success is directly tied to the satisfaction and well-being of its employees.

I'm passionate about studying religion and culture and how the interplay of both shape societies. My hobby that makes me unique? that might be my crafting skills. I've grown with the philosophy that if I can't buy it, I can fabricate it....and I apply that to everything. Minus electronics. What Drives me? As bad as it might sound, I'd say Sheer Stubbornness

I enjoy reading books. History and Geography fascinates me. I'm also a learning enthusiast and therefore enjoy learning and playing outdoor games and skills.My interest and perseverance drive me in my roles.
